Currently, all the work is computer-based. Most of the day goes to your computer and it also causes eye problems. Ayurvedic Doctor Sachin Rohani explains How to overcome this strain on the eyes according to Ayurveda.
If you follow the routine of Ayurveda, all your senses and your whole body become strong. Adhering to these intensive practices mentioned in Ayurveda helps in improving the health of the eyes and enhances the ability of the eye. So what are some things to know that will boost the eyesight and keep your eyes healthy?

Sleep – Get proper sleep. Avoid night awakening and daytime sleep, possibly. This causes far-reaching adverse effects on the eye.

Water sprinkle – After brushing your teeth in the morning, hold the water in the mouth and on the eyes and then spit water in the mouth. This helps reduce the heat in the eye.

Anjan ( soorma) – Medical advice should be applied to the eyes. Therefore, eye health is maintained.

Nasya – The release of drug through the nasal herbal oil or tuft, nourishes all senses.

Abhyanga – Abhyanga on the day of Diwali should, in fact, be done daily. But if it is not possible, then oil the head and the foot.

Avoid hot water – Avoid hot water for head and eyes when bathing.

Diet – Keep your diet organized. Don’t starve. Do not fast. Eat at the right time.

A little break – When working in front of the computer, rest at the proper time and rub eyes with the help of palms.
